Project Summary

The Health Reform Support Project (HRSP) in Yemen requires engineering project management services.

The services includes providing engineering project management services in coordination with the engineering department of the Ministry of Public Health and Population for the rehabilitation and extensions works of a total of 8 district hospitals and 16 health centers. Phase I of the project will target 4 districts hospitals and around 8 health centers in 4 districts. The selected districts in phase I of the project are Bajil and Bayt Al-Faqeeh in Al-Hodeidah governorate, and Al-Haima Al-Dakhiliya and Al-Jabeen in Sanaa governorate. The second phase will target another 4 district hospitals and around 8 health centers in 4 districts within 2 governorates. The contract for second phase could be renewed based on the firm's performance in phase 1. The scope of work includes:
- Engineering Project Management Services (EPMS) to the rehabilitation including extension works and medical equipment that will be financed under HRSP in 4 districts (Bajil and Bayt Al-Faqeeh in Al-Hodeidah Governorate and Al-Haima Al-Dakhiliya and Al-Jabeen in Sanaa governorate); and
- Capacity building and technical assistance to the engineering department of the MOPHP at the central and governorate level in the implementation of the HRSP.
