What We Do.


Primus, a division of Computer Networking Services (CNS) Primus was established in 1996 to meet the maturing needs of the Jordanian IT community, and has since become one of the leading Software and web development companies in Jordan. Primus' services are mainly concentrated on Software Solutions, Web Development and Multimedia Presentations. Our development includes web applications, portal development, e-commerce, e-government solutions and data warehousing. In addition, Primus provides its clients with all their needs on the web, ranging from web design, management and maintenance, to marketing thru e-mail shots and e-newsletters. We also provide hosting and IT consultancy. Moreover, CNS, through its division PC Doctor, provides pc repair and maintenance services, and network design and implantation. A wide range of clients, with varied IT needs, have selected CNS-Primus to develop their Software applications and websites. Our client base started in Jordan, and we have expanded our presence to the United States, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar and Kuwait. We are also currently working to set offices in Lebanon and Palestine. In addition, Primus works with a variety of clients including government agencies, corporate entities, non-profit organizations and public institutions. In 2003 Primus became a sub-contractor for BearingPoint Inc., working as part of their Iraq Economic Recovery, Reform and Sustained Growth Projects I and II, in addition to an outsourcing agreement where CNS was appointed the official migration partner for BearingPoint in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Primus has also become part of the BearingPoint IPT Consortium, which aims at leveraging IP telephony in the five continents, in 23 countries for 15,000 users. Moreover, other main contracts with international entities have been implemented; including a sub-contract with Creative Associates, starting with the Iraqi Educational Management Information System (EMIS) Project for the Ministry of Education in Iraq, contracts with the United Nations, the National Democratic Institute (NDI), also in 2005 Primus became a sub-contractor for the State University of New York (SUNY) for the legislative strengthening of the Jordanian Parliament. Moreover, CNS - Primus has been a sub-contactor since 1999 for Chemonics International, for the USAID- Funded Achievement of Market-Friendly Initiatives and Results Program (AMIR) 1 Program, and part of the bidding team for Chemonics International, for (AMIR) 2 Program, which started in 2002. In addition, we have been awarded the IQC (Indefinite Quantity Contract) to perform the e-government projects in Jordan along with other reputable Jordanian IT companies. Primus? latest progress in 2006 was being part of BearingPoint?s bidding team and becoming subcontractors for two major projects for Jordan, which are the Fiscal Reform Technical Assistance Project for the Ministry of Finance and the Sustainable Achievement of Business Expansion and Quality (SABEQ) Project.
