One of Insight's founding Partners, Mark is a Senior Program Manager and Facilitator with 25 years experience managing large strategic initiatives and project portfolios that support an organizations strategic plan. Mark has managed projects ranging in size from $5-$27 million both in the US and internationally. He has taught Project Management, facilitation, set up Project Management Offices, and introduced the discipline of Project Management into organizations for dramatic performance improvement.
Mark has managed projects in the public and private sectors including, healthcare, financial services, government, transportation, manufacturing, and international development. Mark?s specialties include facilitation, large-project/program leadership, strategic planning, business process reengineering, and Organizational Change Management. Before his consulting career, he was as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State stationed at U.S. embassies in South Asia and the Middle East.
Mark holds an MBA in Program Management, an MA in Human Relations and Organizational Development, and an MA in South Asian Studies.

Mr. Etten is a founding Partner of Insight Solutions Group, Inc. and has been an active member of the management consulting industry since 1989. He is knowledgeable and experienced in working with Fortune 1000 corporations and the public sector.
A former ?Big-4? Senior Manager, he is accomplished in providing strategic business direction, program and project management techniques, facilitating formal meetings and workshops, and has delivered organizational training both to client and internal audiences. Mr. Etten specializes in strategic planning, business process reengineering (BPR), package evaluation and selection, systems implementation and organizational change management.
His most recent efforts have focused on change management and BPR initiatives involving large ERP implementations, and leading multiple efforts around strategy planning, risk management and compliance initiatives. He has guided several organizations through post-merger integration activities. He also has a strong emphasis in the functional areas of order management and distribution.
In addition to his operational responsibilities as Partner of a multi-million dollar consulting firm, Mr. Etten has utilized his significant sales and marketing experience, resulting in several large winning proposals for numerous public and private sector clients.
Mr. Etten has led numerous enterprise-wide process redesign engagements. This experience has provided Mr. Etten with a perspective of leading practices, how companies are successfully planning to initiate, implement and manage their business redesign initiatives, and what technological enablers currently exist in the marketplace.
Mr. Etten has had overall day-to-day responsibility managing relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Senior Vice Presidents, Department Commissioners and Vice Chancellors.
Mr. Etten has significant large program management experience, on engagements of up to 65 FTEs for an 18-month period.
