Elizabeth Weber handles strategic planning and marketing which includes coordinating proposals and recruitment for Dexis projects worldwide. Her experience includes political advocacy and grassroots mobilization with international businesses and organizations as part of the US Global Leadership Campaign. She has also worked as an NGO advocate at the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development and was awarded a World Press Institute Student Fellowship. Ms Weber formerly held a mentorship position with CH2MHill and legal assistant position at a DC-area law firm. Ms. Weber holds a BA in international studies from Macalester College, emphasizing Human Rights and Middle Eastern Studies. Ms. Weber speaks Spanish and basic Arabic.

Mihir Desai, founder and president of Dexis Consulting Group, has undertaken over 50 engagements with over 30 agencies worldwide in investment policy and regulatory reform, project valuation and finance, trade institution reform and regional economic growth strategies. Previously, Mr. Desai was staff advisor at a World Bank affiliate (MIGA) and senior consultant at The Services Group, a Washington DC-area based consulting firm. Mr. Desai has published at the World Bank on trade and investment linkages, and presents regularly at various conferences and seminars. Mr. Desai holds an MBA in international finance from The George Washington University and a BA in economics from Macalester College. Mr. Desai speaks fluent Hindi and basic Spanish.

	What We Do.
	Dexis works with clients through direct government contracts as well as bilateral and multilateral agencies such as United States Agency for International Development (USAID), World Bank and Asian Development Bank (ADB). Our service lines and illustrative tasks include: * Trade Linkages: market entry design and implementation, outreach event management, firm level matchmaking, global development alliances. * Trade Competitiveness:Global value chains analysis, grades and standards certifications, firm level production analysis, business costs benchmarking. * Trade and ICT: Trade and investment portals, business data warehouse systems, customer relationship management systems. * Trade Institutions: Business process redesign, institutional diagnostics, corporate plans, exporter roadmaps. For USAID contracts, Dexis is a small business, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and qualfies under small business set-aside.		About Us: We are economic development practitioners who increase jobs, sales, investment and income in developing economies through proven and practical methods. We advise governments and the private sector through projects funded by host governments and international financial institutions Established less than five years ago, our firm has completed over 70 assignments in 35 locations worldwide. We are co-implementers on six long term USAID contracts whose collective value exceeds US$250 million.
