Mr. Parikh has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from University of Wisconsin, U.S.A. and bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering form L.D. College of Engineering, Gujarat University, India. Mr. Parikh has responsibly carried out planning, design and management of consultancy projects undertaken by SAI Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Sheladia Associates & Consultants (I) Pvt. Ltd.) He has extensive experience in the design and management of engineering projects, primarily in the fields of Highways and Bridge Engineering. He has also been involved in the planning process and management of many complex projects. Mr. Parikh worked with many private and Government agencies on small and large projects in India, Bangladesh, Samoa, Ghana, Nigeria and the United States. He is thoroughly familiar with procedures and working requirements of large multi disciplinary projects for both design and construction. He has good exposure related to the procurement under multilateral agency funded projects. He has worked as Project Engineer managing variety of Structural and Transportation projects in the U.S.A. As a Bridge / Structural Engineer Mr. Parikh has experience in designing bridges, connecting roads & approaches, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, jails and swimming pools & recreational facilities. He has also been involved in carrying out life cycle cost analysis for pavement design, geometric design of trunk highways & drainage design for road projects. He is also well apt with AutoCAD, structural engineering and project management software.
