Expert in institutional and communication aspects of water sector management and community development. Areas of specialization include: training and facilitation, community participation, policy and project management. Project have included private sector participation, water reuse, farmer participation, youth policy development. Also experienced in business development, including recruitment and proposal writing. Experience with USAID, UN, GTZ and EU-funded projects, mainly in Middle East, but also Africa. US citizen, based in Amman, Jordan, able to travel for short-term assignments. English native language, excellent conversational Arabic, good conversational French.
