- Executive management skills: 30 years of experience. 13 years of practice in management of Innovation.
- Commercialisation of R&D results: 8 years of experience. Practical knowledge of initiatives in the framework of co-operation projects involving S&T Parks, Incubators and Universities. Proven competences in terms of R&D & Innovation policy within the EU and in developing countries.
- Large experience of long-term co-operation projects of Business Support Organisations, namely those focused on High-tech Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer.
- Wide experience in cross-border & transnational co-operation.
- Deep knowledge of technology-based entrepreneurs & SMEs support, assessment and mentorship. Proven training skills and multidisciplinary team building & management capabilities.
- Practice in developing monitoring systems and in performing audits and evaluations in multiple contexts and at different levels of intervention.
- Extended knowledge of EU procedures & norms, manuals, practical guides, PCM and its Logical Framework methodology, as well as wide experience in the design of Terms of Reference, Technical & Administrative Provisions, Manuals and Operative Guides & Programs.
