Preparing and reviewing annual internal policies and the Local Employees Handbook
Advising the management on local labor law and practices, HR regulations of the Department of State.
Main point of contact Human Resources Department and African Bureau in Washington. Providing support and Assistance to other HR offices in US Embassies posted in the African Continent.
Supervising two HR assistants.
