Nine-years experience in international development and management consulting. Six years in economic development and conflict management experience in Latin America directing microfinance, microenterprise and cooperative development, community development, conflict resolution and reconciliation, ex-combatant reintegration and at-risk youth programs. Three years in management and technology consulting in the U.S. and Australia with Accenture where consistently evaluated within top five percent of consultancy peers. Skilled in strategic planning and financial analysis; business development and proposal writing; program management and implementation; private sector, government and donor relations. Extensive experience working in team environments with high levels of client interaction ranging from rural cooperatives and developing country governments to technology start-ups and multinational petroleum companies. Recruited on full academic scholarship and received M.B.A. in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, specializing in International Development. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
