National and international experience in the public, private, donor and NGO sectors in the management of humanitarian work in Afghanistan, Ethiopai, India, Kosovo, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Uganda, and Zambia. Key competencies include: country strategic planning; project development in the areas of infrastructure, watsan, public health, primary health, and food security; selection of beneficiaries, program management, monitoring, reporting; creation and maintenance of finance/accounting, logistics, and human resources policies and procedures; and team building. Success in developing funded proposals and maintaining good relationships with donors including: USAID/OFDA, Danida, DEC, DFID, ECHO, GTZ, Ireland Aid, TFB, UNHCR, and UNICEF.
