What I Do

Cudjoe is a highly skilled and experienced Community Development specialist with over twenty years experience in working on internationally funded social development projects in Ghana.
His experience includes the design and implementation / management of Cadbury International's 365 wells "A-Well-A-Day" project in deprived cocoa growing communities in the Brong Ahafo, Ashanti and Western Regions of Ghana. This project has an annual budget total of £800,000.
He also designed and implemented a capacity building package for a management team to operate and manage two communal latrines at Old Ningo funded by the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA).

At WaterAid Ghana, Cudjoe was a Programme Officer responsible for providing technical assistance to 4 implementing partners with an annual budget of over £500,000 from 2003 to 2006.

He was also a key member of the WaterAid Nigeria Country Program evaluation and specifically responsible for evaluating hygiene promotion which activity was undertaken from April to May 2005.

From 1997 to date, Cudjoe has been providing consulting services to the US Peace Corps Ghana, Health / Water and sanitation sector where key responsibilities included the use of participatory techniques in rural development, design of competencies and trainee directed activities [TDAs] and the evaluation of sector volunteers before swearing-in.

Cudjoe's professional experiences also include the evaluation of Partner Organizations services for the Community Water and Sanitation Program for the Volta, Greater Accra and Eastern Regions of Ghana from 1999 to 2002.
He has also worked as a senior Community Development Officer on the 5th EU/GoG Micro Projects Program, the Village Infrastructure Project [VIP] - pilot studies and the Danish Support to District Assemblies - Phase II and has been a District Director of the Department of Community Development in the District Assembly system.
