What I Do


I have an MBA qualification in programme development and capacity building. I have also done several realted short courses in program management. Over the last 12 years, I have engaged in providing technical assistance to governments, civil society organisations and the pharmaceutical companies. My current job role as Head of Programmes involves providing strategic leadership and support to all our country programmes in Africa and I am also responsible for all Monitoring and Evaluation and quality control. I have been working in the HIV field since 1995 and built a sound track record in good service development and delivery. I have empathy for HIV Positive people and coming from an ethnic minority background and also having vast knowlege and cultural understanding will be beneficial to the organisations working in International development.

I also have excellent comunication, inter personal skills, negotiation, leadership, project management, personnel and team building experience which will be beneficial to this post.

Personal commitment:
I have strong work ethics and passion for international development work in particular HIV. I love playing golf and tennis. My biggest achivement has been playing a leading role in advocating for increased availability and affordability of ARVs in developing countries especially Africa. This required working closely with the pharmaceutical industry, policy makers and civil society organisations. I have also been instrumental in promoting the rights of people Living With HIV.
